1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that govern your use of the JobSorted SA platform ("Platform"), operated by TG MARQETING (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"). By using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP in full.
This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, this AUP takes precedence with respect to prohibited conduct.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
2.1 Spam & Abuse of Public Links
- Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") using the Platform's quote-sharing, invoice-delivery, or any other communication feature.
- Share or distribute public quote or invoice links with parties who have not requested or consented to receive them.
- Use the Platform's email or PDF features to conduct phishing, impersonation, or social engineering attacks.
- Harvest or collect email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information from the Platform for unsolicited marketing.
2.2 Malicious Content & Security Attacks
- Upload, store, transmit, or distribute any file, code, or content that contains malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its infrastructure, databases, or other users' accounts or data.

- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to excessively query, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage.
- Probe or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our prior written authorisation.
2.3 Illegal & Fraudulent Activity
- Use the Platform in furtherance of any illegal trade, business, or activity under South African law or any applicable international law, including but not limited to money laundering, tax fraud, sanctions evasion, or trafficking.

- Upload or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the Platform except as expressly permitted under a Full Fleet plan.
3. Enforcement & Suspension
We take violations of this AUP seriously. Upon becoming aware of a suspected violation, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions, immediately and without prior notice, at our sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension of your account and all associated user access.
- Permanent termination of your account without refund.
- Removal or quarantine of any offending content or files.
- Reporting of illegal activity to the South African Police Service (SAPS), SARS, or any other relevant authority.
- Pursuing civil or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
We will endeavour to notify you of a suspension by email where legally permissible, but are under no obligation to do so in cases involving suspected illegal activity or security threats.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any AUP violation by another user, or if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to abuse@jobsortedsa.co.za. We will investigate all reports in good faith.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
