Privacy Policy

JobSorted SA is a product of TG MARQETING (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa. We operate the software-as-a-service platform accessible at jobsortedsa.co.za ("the Platform").

• Account data: name, email address, business name, VAT number (optional).
• Business data: leads, quotes, invoices, jobs, customers, and team members you create on the Platform.
• Usage data: page views, feature usage, error logs — for product improvement only.
• Payment data: we do not store card details. Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd under their own privacy policy.

• To provide and improve the Platform.
• To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, invoice delivery, team invites) via Resend.
• To process subscription billing via PayFast.
• To comply with South African law (including SARS requirements).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (hosted in the EU — Frankfurt region). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure your organisation's data is never accessible to other tenants.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to the processing of your personal information.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@jobsortedsa.co.za. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• PayFast (Pty) Ltd — payment processing. Subject to their own Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge functions.

We use a single session cookie (managed by Supabase Auth) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
