Terms of Service

By creating an account or using JobSorted SA ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by TG MARQETING (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"), registered in South Africa.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to operate a business in South Africa to use the Platform. By signing up you represent that these conditions are met.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your first payment is pro-rated for the remaining days of the current calendar month. Full monthly billing begins on the 1st of the following month.
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. We do not store card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

On cancellation your account will be locked (not deleted). Your data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of South African law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Platform's code or design.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively query the Platform.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content.

You retain full ownership of the data you create on the Platform (customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, etc.). We process this data solely to provide the service.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, TG MARQETING (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

JobSorted SA generates invoice and quote documents based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your business details, VAT registration status, and financial data are accurate. We do not provide accounting or tax advice. Consult a registered accountant for compliance with SARS requirements.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
