Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy
JobSorted SA provides a free trial period before any payment is required. Because you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid subscription, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for any of the following:
- Unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
- Partial months following a plan upgrade or downgrade.
- Periods during which you did not actively use the Platform.
- Periods following a suspension for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the Pioneer Launch Period (1 – 30 June 2026), the free trial is extended to 30 days for qualifying early sign-ups.
If you cancel your account before the trial expires, no charge will ever be made. We strongly encourage you to test all features during your trial period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings page. Cancellation is immediate for trial accounts. For paid subscriptions, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
On cancellation your account is locked (not deleted). All your data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
4. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g. a duplicate payment or a billing system fault), contact us within 14 days of the charge date at billing@jobsortedsa.co.za. We will investigate and, where our error is confirmed, issue a credit or refund at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended platform outage directly attributable to our infrastructure). Any exception granted does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
6. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Notice
This policy applies to business-to-business (B2B) subscriptions. JobSorted SA is a business tool sold to registered businesses and sole traders operating in a commercial capacity. Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
